Return Policy

At Zenith Molina, we strive to ensure total customer satisfaction. We understand that sometimes purchases may not meet individual expectations or needs. Therefore, we have established the following return policy to provide a hassle-free shopping experience:

Return period

Returns will be accepted within 15 days from the original purchase date.

Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

Exclusions

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for bikinis due to hygiene and safety reasons for our customers. This strictly applies to bikinis and is unrelated to manufacturing defects.

All other products from our women’s clothing collection may be subject to return according to our standard policy.

Return Process

To return an item, the customer must present the original purchase receipt.

The customer may choose either a full refund of the original purchase price or a store credit for future purchases.

Returns will be processed within 7 business days upon receipt of the returned item.

Defective or incorrect items

If an item is delivered damaged or incorrect, we will do our best to remedy the situation as soon as possible.

Customers must report any issues with the order within 7 days of receipt so we can promptly address it.

Sale or discounted items

Items on sale or discounted are subject to the same return policies, provided they meet all the criteria outlined above.

Exchanges

Direct exchanges are not offered. If a customer desires a different item, they must process a return and make a new purchase.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed upon.
